  • EDIT: Reinstalled the plugin and it’s working perfectly. Thank you!

Our site went down about an hour ago and this plugin was the culprit — looks like the same error as yours.

Fixed it using the first method suggested here:

    https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

…and then deleted this plugin. It’s a shame because I really liked this plugin.

    Dear @roccitman,
I am so sorry for such a bad situation.
There was a PHP version compatibility issue.
You need to remove the plugin manually and then reinstall it.
Connect to your server via FTP and then navigate to koapaddler/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ find popup-builder folder and remove it.

    We just fixed the issue!

Sorry again for any inconvenience, we are ready to help you directly just drop us an email to [email protected]

    Best Regards,
    Sygnoos Team.

    Dear @gandlgandl,
The problem was that PHP empty function does not support function as an argument up to PHP version 5.4. We just fixed the issue and updated the code.

Figured it was something like that. Thanks for the input. Bummer, I’m working on this site as a favor and no-one really knows who has the GoDaddy login info (that I need to set up FTP) so I can’t fix it until we have that long call with GoDaddy support.

    Dear @roccitman,
I hope you will figure out and the problem will be resolved.

Thank you for cooperation and patience!

    Best Regards,
    Sygnoos Team.
