  • I don’t know that plugin. It looks like you would need to have a template that output the featured image by default, I can’t tell that that plugin is actually adding a template. The virtue post template is what it looks like is being used. You can force the featured image to show above the post title for that template (this would of course effect the blog posts) by going to theme options > page/post settings and setting the default post header.

    In terms of the image size thats all on the plugin, theme again doesn’t control this. The plugin is setting the image width and then overriding that width by with css to make it 100%

    I suggest you contact the plugin author.

    Dear Kadence Theme Support Team,

    Thank you so much for your time and detailed information.
    I do not want to mess with the way my blog posts are shown. They look great in their present shape.

    I will try to contact the plugin author and see if he can help me out with this issue.

    Everything would have been fine if the images displayed were clear/sharp irrespective of their size. :-/
