moving social media icons from top menu to footer menu

Hi.

Just have another quick question for anyone that might know the answer. I currently have 4 social media icons being displayed on the top menu – as that is where the Pexeto Story Theme places them. But on the ipad, i am having a display conflict and am interested in seeing if moving these icons to the footer menu is possible for the desktop as well as the mobile (which is already placing them there when the screen is that size).
