Banner with WP tiles

Hello,
I want do banner under main navigation with plugin WP tiles but i dont know how to do it.
In banner must be three tiles static. Tile “E-shop”, “Ako prebieha testovanie” and “Hodnotenia zakaznikov”. I dont know how edit the plugin.
