what counts as RSS FEED on statpress

  • Hey everyone I have the plugin statpress on my blog at https://www.stockhola.com There is a section called FEED on there that comes up in orange. What is it when this counts as a visit is it someone thats subscribed to my blog or just it being viewed in a reader?
