Issues with AnsPress

Hi

Thanks for this plugins.
I have an issue getting it to work with AnsPress and Users Ultra. Are these plugins not supported?
For AnsPress, under “select content type”, I could see the 2 – Questions as well as Answers in the dropdown list. But if any of these 2 is selected, the text field says “no results found”. Even if I save, the sidebar is not replaced on frontend. I noticed that the plugin is not using the normal pages to display its pages.
As for Users Ultra, nothings comes up in the “select content type”

Any idea please on how to fix this?
