neither shortcode nor widget is working

Hi, AdRotate is not at all working in my site. don’t know what’s wrong with it. @plugin developer, can you please help.

neither shortcode nor widget is showing ads. I created ads successfully. in Ad the preview is also fine. but once I put the short code in my post/page it doesn’t work. Same with AdRotate widget as well.
