    Users cannot get the results. Answers for every variable are zero.

    I get this message in the control panel:

    “Settings of your server are too low — form values could be cropped!

    Add this into your php.ini:
    max_input_vars=5000
    suhosin.get.max_vars=5000
    suhosin.post.max_vars=5000
    suhosin.request.max_vars=5000

    .. and reload (restart) server.”

    I had this done but it didn′t fix the problem.

    I had been using the plugin with a couple of test for months and everything was working well.

    website is eduardoremolins.com

    Thanks!

    Try to increase those values to for example 10000.

    Just count how many input boxes you have at your test edit page and add +1000 to them. It should be ok.

    If you currently had zeroes — then most possibly scores has disappeared somehow. But then also formulas should gone.

    Do you have formulas there?

    Hi. Yes I have formulas. By zeroes I meant that the users couldn′t get the results. All the results are zero. I′ll try what you suggest. Thanks!

    @eremolins, I dont’ understand what do you mean by “users couldn′t get the results”.

    Results page not opened or what?

    Or it’s opened, there are scales but no results?

    Then your formulas is bad.

    (@eremolins)

    Exactly, there are scales but no results. The test had been working fine for months, the formulas are exactly the same.

    @eremolins, I can offer you paid support here. If it’s a bug in plugin — I will refund back.

    How much wil it cost? Do you want to discuss it by mail?

    Alexander I think I found out the problem. The results in the edit page had been erased. I wrote them again but they havan′t been saved. This started when I changed my theme. I changed it a couple of times. Now I′n using Customizr which apparently is compatible with the plugin.

    The point is I have to assign every answer to a scale of N, S, I or E. This is what is not working. I assign them but when I try to save them it doesn′t work. they′re blank again. and this started when I changed first the theme.

    could this be a bug? Or an incompatibility?

    @eremolins hi!

    If it works on standard theme and not works on custom theme this is clearly incompatibility.

    But Im’ not sure this is bug.

    Does it paid theme? If it’s paid — contact theme authors to fix it.

    It’s a basic operation of passing form data.

    Another possible reason is low server settings.

    Hi! No, it′s not a paid theme. It′s strange because I have only 27 questions.
    I have also another test running (same plugin) and perfectly well, on this theme!! Strange.

    Then it’s clearly some limit.

    Your theme adds own data and plugin’s data could not be saved. Increase limits.

    Hi Alexander. I did it but it doesn′t work. Thanks anyway.
