Creating responsive child theme.

  • If I am using responsive parent theme (eg. twenty sixteen) and if I create twenty sixteen child theme with no @media screen specific code. Will it be mobile friendly? Does it loads child theme if the user is from desktop and parent theme if the user is from mobile? Or it loads child theme in mobile too?
