Container height change

  • Hi, I’ve been using the MadHat theme and I really like it, but I would like to make a few changes. First, how do I change(reduce) the vertical spacing between the end of my tagline (which is located under the title and the logo) and the page buttons (home, sample page…).

    I’ve tried something like adding:
    .container {
    height: 600px;
    }

    but it just really messes up the site. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

    I have the exact same issue, only I am trying to enlarge the header image. The .container height: doesn’t work. Does anyone have a resolution to this problem? I would greatly appreciate it!

    I’d like to know this too! There’s a giant white gap between the bottom of my logo and my navigation menu… If I can’t fix it I’d probably change themes, and I really like this one so far!
