    what file can I edit to remove Proudly powered by WordPress | Education Hub by WEN Themes from the footer?

    There is no option in theme options to remove it so you can do this through CSS.

    Please go to Admin Dashboard > Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Options >> Advance Options >> Custom Css, Now copy below CSS code into Custom CSS Editor.

    display: none;
}
