Publicize not posting to Facebook

    Have two custom post types that have publicize enabled when registering as follows…
    ‘supports’ => array(‘thumbnail’, ‘publicize’)
    ‘supports’ => array(‘author’, ‘publicize’)

    Neither post type has usual Title and WYSIWYG fields in the editor although Title is set using save_post action.

    Adding new post of either type does not post to Facebook. Jetpack debug shows connection is ok and normal posts behave as expected posting to Facebook successfully so I don’t think its a theme issue like open graph meta tags.

    Do you see the Publicize interface right below the Publish button in the post type editor?

    If so, and it Facebook still doesn’t publish your posts, it might indeed have something to do with the information that is passed on to WordPress.com, and then to Facebook, when you hit Publish.
    If you give me an example of one of the posts that didn’t get publicized, I’ll be happy to take a closer look.
