    Hi Mark,

    What you mean is that, if you open a ticket in the admin, even though you select the “New” status, it always reverts back to “In Progress”. Am I correct?

    That’s correct. In addition, when I view the ticket list as any other user, everything is shown as “in Progress.”

    Sounds like this could be a bug. I will look into the issue and report back.

    Any news here? We’re about to start trying to use this in production and I can’t have all the tickets says “In Progress”…

    My apologies for the delay Mark. I haven’t had the time to look into this yet to be completely honest. I have an idea of where this could come from, though. I will try to run some tests next week.
