Unable to send mailpoet registration form (widget) , get an error

    Hi,
    I work for years with this great plugin in few websites and it use to work graet.
    I added the plugin to a new website and when trying to register from the registration form I get this error:

    Oops! There is a problem with this form:
    textStatus:error
    errorThrown:Not Found
    responseText:

    What can be the problem and how can this be fixed?
