I can't update wordpress

  • Hi !
    I have a big problem, I can’t update wordpress 4.5.3 even manually via ftp there is no message error, my webmaster tried too but there is a big problem when I came back to my dashboard I’m still on 4.4.3.
    Is there other solution please
