Shortcodes don't work

    I’ve tried putting some shortcodes in the popup, but they don’t work. Are shorcodes supported? If yes, can you please point out what I might be doing wrong. If not, please consider it a feature request. ??

    Hello,

    Shortcodes are supported in our pop-up. Can you please share more details of what shortcode you are using and which plugin provides that shortcode?

    Now it’s really intresting. I couldn’t recreate it when I tested again. It’s working now. Perfect!

    I have install the boxzilla plugin and when i put the subscription form shortcode of jetpack in mobile version don’t work. Jetpack don’t send the mail of confirmation to subscribe. Can you tell me how can i fix i, please?

    Same here, the ActiveCampaign shortcode is not displayed in the scrollbox.

    Getresponse shortcode for forms is not working either (it did before with scroll triggered boxes). Getresponse have replied that the form will only work if the code is unaltered and the source shows broken html in the box. I have the latest version of Boxzilla.
