Horizontal Pulling on Theme (iPhone)

Can anyone please help with horizontal pulling on a theme I am using on Safari iPhone6?https://demo.mythemeshop.com/s/?theme=Schema

When you tap + hold and drag left or right, the site pulls and then bounces back. I would prefer if it would be fixed horizontally, see the examples below:
