Write Post Page doesn’t load in 2.5.1

2.5 is somehow giving me quite a few problems

First the upload feature of the pics next to the Write box keeps giving me “http error” while it is “crunching” the pic.

This morning when I click “Write” in the menu to go the Write Post page, the page loads halfway and keeps going on and on until I see a pop up box mentioning “Script taking long time…” would you like to stop script.

I click “yes”. Then when I click on “Add Media” it goes to a new page where I see only the upload form which in the past used to come up in a pop up.

Any patch or help please?
