Bad requests and Redirect chains on Uninstall

We uninstalled CF7 Customizer and now the page speed for all of our websites have jumped up to over 10 seconds. Here is a screenshot of the problems.

The Bad requests and Redirect chains are on all of our websites on our Multisite network even though we never used the plugin on the websites. How do we fix the problems? How do we fix all of our websites at once instead of individually?
