    Hi Jay,

    Please can you provide some more details?

    These are the two situations I am aware of:

    – When switching theme, WordPress moves all widgets from their existing sidebar and into to the ‘Inactive Widgets’ sidebar (in turn removing any widgets from the mega menu, you would need to go to Appearance > Widgets and drag the widgets from ‘Inactive Widgets’ back to ‘Max Mega Menu Widgets’)
    – If your new theme does not use the same theme_location ID for the menu then the menu will become untagged from the existing location (as the existing location no longer exists).
