Hey I have a site that runs both a blog and bbp forum.

    I have tested your plugin.

Your restrict content meta boxes show up at the bottom of bbp forum and topic pages and you can select a plan etc. However the content is not restricted if you view it in the front end.

Can I use this plugin with bbp and if so, how?

Also after a user completes payment via paypal what page is he redirected to?

    Kind Regards

    Max

  • Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

For now PMS doesn’t work with BBpress. I’ve added your request in our to do list but I don’t have a certain date when this will be implemented.

After the completed payment the user should be redirected to the PayPal success page. From there the user can go back to the website or to his PayPal account. Did something else happen in your case?

    Best regards,

Hey Teodor Cosofret… That disqualifies us from using it as well, however the big question, that I haven’t seen asked..before I give your product a test….

    Does this work with Buddypress?

    Hi,

PMS is not compatible with BuddyPress because:

    – Buddypress stores extra information about WordPress users in it’s own database tables, not in the default WordPress way in wp_usermeta. This means PMS can’t use BuddyPress fields or vice-versa.

I am sorry for this inconvenience but it will not work correctly.

The dev team has in the to do list an integration for BuddyPress but I don’t have a certain date when this will be ready.

    Best regards,

no worries, I will be around thanks for the reply,
I will check up on PMS in the future.
