X-Frame 'SAMEORIGIN' problem

Hi!
For some reason – yesterday some videos started to throw an eror:
Refused to display ‘https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RuEf-tmfo7U’ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘SAMEORIGIN’.
I also got a lot of duplicates suddenly – is it an easy way to delete these?
