    I have spent the past 3 hours researching and trying everything I could find to fix this recurring problem.

    I have:

    – updated Jetpack;
    – used the Jetpack Debug Tool and been told everything is good;
    – disabled and re-enabled WP Fastest Cache, which is not on your known-conflicts list AND I do not have any plugins on that list;
    – disabled and re-enabled every plugin I have installed; and
    – yes, I have cleared all of My browsers’ caches;

    and I am still at a loss for why, an hour after posting a new blog entry, the Jetpack Display Post Widget still shows the previous post.

    The last time I had this problem, Jetpack recommended a needed update, which did not show up in My WordPress dashboard.

    Please, what can be the problem and what solutions do you recommend now and for Me to keep in mind in the future? I really don’t want to have to keep contacting Jetpack about this same issue.

    P.S.: 2 hours later, while checking the widget, I now have the following error code that did NOT exist before:

    An error occurred while downloading blog information:
    An error occurred fetching the remote data.

    Detailed information:
    Not Found

    I hope this gives more insight to the problem.

    Thanx!

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    Is the site you’re trying to pull posts from yours? If so, could you access your dashboard, and make sure Jetpack is active, and that the JSON API module is active under Jetpack > Settings?

    If it is, and if you still experience issues, Could you let me know the site URL, so I can have a look?

    I probably won’t be the one answering your email, but feel free to paste my colleague’s reply here whenever you hear back from us!
