  • I’m having a very similar issue.

I made sure to check my php version – everything is at it should be on that front.

I updated and immediately got this in the header of my website

    “[responsive-menu] [responsive-menu menu=’location-menu’]”

I read something about editing shortcodes in the header to have an underscore instead of a dash ([responsive_menu]), and when I did that the three lines to pull up the side menu when on mobile showed up, but clicking the link does nothing.

It hasn’t completely broken my website, so I assume this just means there are things I need to change on my backend.

    Thanks.

    Hi guys,

The shortcode has changed as per the upgrade instructions on the page here:

    https://responsive.menu/upgrading-from-version-2-to-version-3/

Please use [responsive_menu] from now on.

Apologies for the update but it is to make it more WordPress compliant.

    All the best

zheitzel can you provide a URL so I can check why it is not triggering the menu action on click.

    Hey,

I changed the code to [responsive_menu] in my header.php file but now the whole icon disappeared. What should I do now?

EDIT: Whoops nevermind – I had “Distance from top” value at -100 somehow ??

    Thanks for quick answers!
