I'm unable to reach settings page

Hi,
Is there a settings page? Because I can’t seem to access it.
From lurking in the code it seems like it should be accessible to /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=pixreviews but I get an error.
I’m administrator of the website but if it can help it’s on WPMU setup.
Otherwise, your plugin looks great.
