Two orders placed but only one goes to paypal?

  • This has happened 3 times now.

    Today a person registered and bought 2 tickets via EVENT TICKETS. She thought it didn’t go through went through the process again and bought one ticket. Both orders state they were paid with paypal but only one order actually deposited money into account? It’s very weird and confusing for me and my customers.

    I believe that she really did not complete the payment process, since the customer can go to PayPal and close the window before make the payment. This is normal, the order is registered on WooCommerce, but missing a payment, since the customer left on the PayPal website.
    So no worry, no money is taken twice from your customer.
