how to disable module

I need to disable module like myorders, wootracker, videos and photos.. how i can do that ?
I found … Click on Appearance & Customization tab – Widgets … on doc.usersultra but it does not appear in the lite version.
also I want to edit profile.php to be in theme folder, is that could be ?
