    Hi.

I need to populate a website with products, but I don’t want to do it manually one by one.
1)Is it possible to create my own csv file with product name, category etc and import it?
2)What the best way to include images within the csv file? Links to images outside the website or upload the images and copy/paste links to csv?
    3) Any faster way of including and bulk uploading csv with images?

Sorry if this sounds too noobish, but I’ve never dealt with bulk uploads before as I’ve done manually, but now it wold be too much of a task.

    Thank you.

I use a non-free plugin, wpallimportpro, to do bulk uploads and updates. It supports images

    wpallimport.com

If you search the plugin repository, you can find some free plugins but I haven’t seen any that do images, too.

Hi. This looks like a reasonable solution to my problem.
Luckily I’ve found a different supplier who’s cooperative and have CSVs ready.

Otherwise I’d have to buy this tool and work on the clunky website my supplier has.

    Thank you.

Yeah, the hardest thing I have to do is to get an error free CSV from the client.

I’ll mark this topic as resolved.
