  • Same issue here. Would love if we could also select none, but i guess that is required by schema. So maybe a non-toll free number option?

    Thanks

Checking on this…any ideas of how to resolve this?

Yeah, the plugin has a default set to an optional field, and there is no way to unset that. Also the FAQ links to a website which has NO information about the plugin. Looks like spam to me.

Sorry for the delay on the FAQ. I made this for my own use and didn’t realize it would get this much traction. I promise we will make this as good as it can be.

Much of what you see offered are the exact schema rules / requirements. If we offer something that is not supported, you would get an error.

Thanks for replying Phil. As I read the Schema document you reference, it appears that the type is optional, not mandatory. However, in the plugin, I don’t see a way to leave that option unselected. I don’t read it as being a required value for that corporate contact type. If you could leave it as non-mandatory, that would solve our issues I think. Let me know if I’m missing something or mis-reading the schema requirement.

Thanks daveparkhurst, I am really making this plugin a focus from here on out with a pro version ready later this year. We use this plugin daily on over 100 websites, so you can be sure it will be supported.

Awesome! Thanks Phil – that’s great. When you get the Pro version out, I’ll be very interested.

I hope to give the pro version for free to folks like you that are patient and helped provide feedback that makes it as good as we can make it (in reason). Really I want to make an truly awesome free version first those….getting there.

Wow, that’s very kind of you Phil! I love the plugin and would be more than happy to have the pro one and provide constructive feedback- in a polite way since I think we lose a lot of that in the forums sometimes and part of my hope in the web pro marketing world is to raise the communications standard a little, as much as I have impact at least ?? Thanks again and super excited to see what you do next!
