[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Page counter not being updated

I am using the wp-postviews(click here to view) plugin on my website and with the WP Super Cache plugin turned on, my counter is not counting. It doesn’t even include the counts that happened prior to the expire time refreshes.

How can I assign what sections or plugins on my site to not be cached?

I currently have the plugin turned off until I can resolve this issue… someone please help me out.
