I don’t know how to install 2.5.1

  • I have no idea how to instal WordPress 2.5.1. Err yes I had the files but don’t know what to do next. I cannot use FTP files because WordPress didn’t allow me to do so. I opened the file and I don’t see any install icon in it. What should I do? Do I must let the files alone in my PC? What should I do?
