    something goes wrong in this file on line 136..

    Could you copy-past the whole error message please ?

    Maybe I can tell you what is wrong if I know the exact error

    can you see the images after upload? Does they appear in fornt-end and back-end?

    Could you send the full message plz. There are no security matters if when you show full message, it shows only file and line where error happens.
