Using My Tickets with My Calendar

  • I cannot seem to get the calendar to link with My Tickets. I have enabled “Registration” option on the input settings panel. I have also eliminated all groups and have no recurring events.

    I assumed that the event url on the new event page required a link to the purchase page and inserted that short link.

    What else do i need to do?

    If you add ticketing information to a My Calendar event, the form should automatically show up on the event listing, wherever it is, without the need to add any additional information. It won’t automatically show up in places like the Upcoming Events list, which only shows the specific items placed in its template.

    There are a number of specific characteristics required before the ticketing will show up: it has to have a defined number of tickets available for sale, prices set, etc.

    I put all of the information regarding ticket prices, availability etc on the event.

    I am assuming that if the event shows up on the calendar (which it does) user should be able to click on it to navigate to the purchase page.

    So…I’m not aware of an email I sent you. That said, it may just be that we exchanged email with you operating under a different name. Can you send me an email via the support form built into the plug-in, so that I know who I’m communicating with?
