[Theme: IM Event] Javascript not loading

As the title suggests, I’m having issues with the JS included in the theme not loading. The theme is based on Visual Composer and includes some code from Owl Carousel, which just doesn’t seem to want to work. I have next to no knowledge about JS which makes it difficult for me to figure out what the problem is.

What there should be is a large carousel at the top of the page which takes up the full screen, then as you scroll down there are different sections, one of which involves a smaller image carousel, another changing pieces of text, and another a background from Google Maps. All of these seem to be faulty.

The strange thing is, that it’s fine on Chrome on Android, but not on desktop Chrome, Firefox, or Opera. When I load the desktop version of the site on my phone, it goes from working properly to not displaying the carousel.

I tested the theme on a local server before uploading to the main site and it worked fine there, but when moved to the actual website the JS stopped working. I have also turned off ALL plug-ins which has made no difference, and when I try and search for a solution to the problem online it’s no one anyone else seems to have experienced.

I have been going back and forth with the theme developer and my hosting provider for a while but they’re as stumped as I am, and there are no errors that I can find in the server logs or on browser console. Is this likely to be a hosting problem that can only be fixed by moving the site elsewhere?
