No way to deactivate captcha

    When someone signs up to my list, they first get an email to confirm (intended), but then when they click on the link in the mail, they have to fill in a captcha on a new page first before finally being subscribed (not intended).

    There is no way for me to turn off this captcha step. I just want people to be able to confirm with a link in their email and that’s it.

    I have the “Double opt-in” function on under advanced settings, as without it people who sign up never even get a confirmation email.

    Hi,

    I tested the form in your TopBar and did not experience this problem. The page that you see after clicking the link in the double opt-in mail is coming from MailChimp.com, maybe they show the capatcha for certain countries? You can ask MailChimp support for more information.
