Looking for plugin to send an email everytime a new Post is posted

Hi,

I am looking for a plugin, that will allow viewers, to put in there email address and subscribe to all new Posts I make.

I am not wanting them to join the site, just get the emails with the subject, link and maybe the content.

I am sure there must be a plugin, but just can’t find one.
