You should be able to see that information on the “Transactions” page, in the “Donation” column, directly below the name of the form.

Let me know if that’s not the case at all.

It only gives total amount. I went directly into the db to view all the records and the data there’s nothing.

Email amount status date user and details and Id is all I see.

What we need is the data price id which is the only unique iD I’m seeing but if it’s not capturing that there’s no way for us to get the data

Hmmm… I can’t duplicate that problem at all. I also see a couple things on the page which might be disrupting Give’s ability to recognize the donation correctly. Try this:

    1) There are insecure elements on the page, specifically all the LOGO images are being loaded over HTTP but the page is in HTTPS. See if you can clean up those “mixed content errors” and test again.
    2) More significantly though, I see an error with a jquery “unrecognized expression”. This is most likely either a plugin conflict or something originating from your theme. Try disabling all other plugins besides Give and test again. If it’s resolved, re-activate each plugin one at a time and test again until you experience the problem again. Then let me know which plugin caused the issue. If it still doesn’t work after disabling all plugins then it’s a conflict with your theme. Send us the theme via our Contact Form and we can test and let you know what we fine. https://givewp.com/contact-us

    Thanks!

Thank you. We’ll give this a try and get back to you.
