I wonder if you could help?

I want to use a shopping cart system.

Buy i want members to post a product or more, not just admin.

The guest would be forced to sign as a member, during the product listing phase.

The member would post the item for no charge by me.

The buyer of the product, either guest or member would pay a premium on top of the product price. 10% or $1 ever which is greatest would work for this i think.

Can your shopping cart do this easily with modification? Or simply setup in admin backend already?
