Google Page Level Ads on Mobile

Hi Team,
5 days back Google page level ads works fine, But now when i open website in mobile it wont show any pagelevel ads.
Since I started using “menu responsive”. If I test using Google with #googleads it works well.
So can someone pls check is there any other plugin (minify,cache) stopping it work.I added code in head section for every page.
