• The email summary is unusally phrased to native English speakers. I’d like to suggest some small changes.

    1. Replace “Dear sirs,
Please find hereafter a summary of the backup process.” with simply:
“Here is a summary of the backup process.”

The “Dear sirs” and “Please find hereafter” sound like older English from 50+ years ago.

    2. Use the word “summary” instead of “synthesis”
    3. Change tenses in summaries, from:
“The SQL extraction has started on June 26, 2016 22:13:12 and have lasted 0 minutes and 0 seconds” to
“The SQL extraction started on June 26, 2016 22:13:12 and lasted 0 minutes and 0 seconds”

There are some other wording improvements, but changing this would make the English text email sound more natural. Thanks!
