• We use the stream plugin to track our updates on client websites – which we then export as a CSV to use as a report for the client. However, a few of our websites (about 4 of our 40 total websites) the CSV file that exports is a blank file – just the headers and no content.

There are events recorded for these sites – but for some reason on these particular websites the export file is not working.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

On further investigation into our sites where this is not working, it appears that all of the ones that are not working are WooCommerce enabled websites. Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening?

    Hi martharowe,

That’s really strange. The 3.0.7 release includes some significant changes to the way export works. I’d be interested to find out if that fixes the problem for you?

If not – are there any exclude rules active on those 4 sites?
