Search bar not working

Hi all,

My webpage is https://www.gibsonglobalsearch.com/jobs/

For some reason the search results don’t seem to match up. I have a client who has advertised the Project Manager role (top of the listings) but if you search for “Project Manager”, the result is not returned…?

The phrase Project Manager is used in the job title and in the job description so I am a little surprised.

Any ideas?
