Bulk repair doesn't work

  • Hi, I just updated the plugin ‘Contact Form DB’ after which I did a Wordfence scan. Then WF reports file differences. I already reported this before here:

    Strange the same issue happens again. But this time I decided to do a bulk repair, but that failed with the following message. Why?

  • Hi John,
    Please make sure you have the latest version of “Contact Form DB” installed, you can also uninstall the plugin then re-install it again to make sure of that as suggested by the plugin author in this similar thread about the modified plugin files..

    Follow this with a manual scan and let me know the scan result.

    The modified files warning caused by “Contact Form DB” is a different thing and not the issue I reported here.

    The problem in this threat is that WordFence can’t do a bulk repair while it doesn’t have an issue when I ask it to repair file by file.

    Sorry, looks like I got confused when you mentioned “the same issue happens again” that’s why I pointed you to the “modified plugin files” thread posted on “Contact Form DB” support forums.

    Regarding the bulk repair issue, I managed to reproduce the same behavior at my end so I reported this issue to our dev team to take a closer look into it.
