• Hi, guys. When I try to contact you via premium support, it says you’re offline and just sends me back here to free support. Seems confusing for folks with premium support.

    I’d like to purchase the Plus bundle ASAP and get credit for our current Stripe add-on subscription. What’s the best way to do this? Thanks.

    HI Tom,

    You can upgrade your Stripe purchase via your Purchase History. When you login, go to “My Account” at the top of the site and you’ll see options for upgrading to the Plus Bundle.

    Secondly, can you describe in detail the problem you’re experiencing? It’s not clear to me what the issue is exactly.

    Thanks, Matt. Hadn’t seen that option. Will check it out.

    No problems with site, just wanted to get the Recurring Donations add-on going.
