    Hi lithix,

Can you please check the javascript console and see if there are any errors?

Here’s how to do that: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg699336(v=vs.85).aspx

This might help narrow down whether the problem is caused by Email Cart or another plugin.

    Thanks,
    Josh

This is not resolved. Nothing comes up in the console as an error at all. It just literally does nothing when I press the button to email cart in IE11. It works fine in Chrome and Firefox.

Actually, I did eventually get it to give me an error message in the console:

SCRIPT1028: Expected identifier, string or number
    ecw-shopping-cart.js (29,17)

    Hi lithix,

Can you try updating the latest version and see if that resolves the issue?

    Thanks,
    Josh

    I’m running version 1.2.0

Thanks, 1.2.1 fixes it so that the pop up appears. There is still a minor issue though with the button text to send the email – it displays as “DialogEmailButton”.

Hi @lithix, can you shoot through a screenshot for me?

You can use something like https://snag.gy to share it.

    Cheers,
    Josh
