    Hi,

I am receiving this error “Cheatin’ uh? You are not allowed to customize the appearance of this site.”

I am able to login in successfully using CAS, but get this error after I click customize in appearance. When I disable the cas cassify plugin, it works fine.

I am using WordPress version 4.5.3 and I got the same problem with version 4.5.2.

Any idea why I am receiving this error?

    Thank you,
    Rusul

    Hi,

We are using a customized theme. I tried to attach it for you to test, but couldn’t find an attachment button.

Any suggestions about how to solve this problem?

    Thank you for your help,

Also, we have other customized themes for other websites and we are having the same problem with all of them.

    Thank you,
    Rusul

I think the problem provide that you’ve not the same privilege level when you’re connected throught CAS authentication via WP Cassify and via classic local WordPress auth.

Compare you’re wordpress user account role in two case.

I’ve tested you’re theme. It works like a charm when i’m connected via WP Cassify with user account which have administrator role in blog.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I changed my account privilege to administrator role, but I am still having the same error.

    Any other idea?

It would be great if you can send me a document in English, I don’t know french.

    Thank you for your help,

    Hi,

Try to create another admin account and then connect with the new admin account. Try to customize appearance.

I also disabled all the plugins except cassify and I wasn’t able to customize the appearance. The customize option only works when cassify is disabled.

    Thank you,

I found that the cassify plugin works only with single sites, not multisites. Is your plugin supposed to work with multisite, if yes please let me know what can I do?

    Thank you for your help,
    Rusul

    Hi,

Plugin works with multisite. I’ve installed your theme on my installation and I was able to customize the appearance. So, I think the problem become from your WordPress installation.
You can try to make the test on a fresh WordPress install.

    Best regards.
