After updating to Version 2.6.1, I find that the ‘-‘ in a ZIP+4 code disappears, for example, the 22313-1450 will change to 223131450. I checked the Zip codes of some buyers randomly, the hyphens were gone. Then I set up a test account with a ZIP+4 code (hyphen can’t be saved)to place an order, I was asked to provide with a correct Zip code. Any way to make it support ZIP+4 codes back please? Thank you.

    Hi Carles,

WooCommerce does not support 9 digital postcodes when it comes to tax and shipping zone range matching. Those last 4 are there for postal delivery services such as USPS. And they will assign the last 4 when they need to for their labels based on the full address.

Entering the full 9 digits is not something that customers do when buying something online.

Oh, I see. I thought the customers typed them manually. Thank you for your answer, Caleb.
