Lightbox not working

That is really strange. Lightbox is not working for me still. When I click on the image I am taken to the source URL in the same tab. No pop ups or the ability to scroll through the gallery.

I am using W10 and Chrome if it matters.

Same Problem with my website. I have tested it with older versions of envira gallery light and it doesn’t work too. I think the problem isn’t the gallery plugin.

Deactivate all other plugins for fanybox. It works fine with my site.

Hi Simmingly,

This is a lightbox script that could be brought in via your theme or another plugin. This could be causing a conflict.

If you are unsure, you could activate a default theme such as Twenty Twelve to see if you still have the same issue. If you do not, you could re-activate your theme, then try deactivating each of your other plugins one by one to see at which point the Envira lightbox works as expected to see which plugin is causing the conflict (if it is indeed not the theme).

Sorry, the correct expression is fancybox.

If you have activated a plugin for fancybox and envira gallery lite at the same time, you may get a problem, that the lightbox is empty and an error message is displayed. In this case please deactivate the plugin for fancybox an it will work fine.

I have the same problem and I do not know how to fix it.

Envira galery lightbox not working on google chrome and IE, images opens as a new tab not in lightbox as it need to be. in Firefox everything works fine.

Any idea what is going on?

I found the problem. I deactivated plugin MonsterInsights google analytics and it is working
