    @asphodelb Looks like you are using W3 Total cache. After taking a look at the page source code I noticed that Responsive Gallery Grid code is not included. This is likely caused by the plugin not being activated, or because you didn’t flush your cache after installing the new plugin.

    Could you try disabling W3 Total cache for a second and see if the plugin is working without it?

    When you look in your source code, there should at least be a couple of lines mentioning responsive-gallery-grid
