I have a WP instance setup under /prelude. When I try to use Elementor, the page throws this error:

……. redirected you too many times.
    Try:
    Reloading the page

**Resolved** This only happens if I name the page elementor. If I name the page anything else, it works.

In building my second page, I determined that it is not if the page is named elementor – it is if the page is not published first. . Elementor throws too many redirects if I start a new page (at least in a folder wordpress instance) and immediately try to create a page with Elementor. If I publish it first, it works fine.

    Hi,

If you can’t give us access to check this out, can you screencast the exact steps you are doing to produce the problem ?

    You can try:

I can give you access. It is just a demo instance. But I can also screencast it quite easily. Be sure and turn the sound off. I had the morning news on in the background when I made the screencast and it recorded it deafeningly loud.

It is really simple. I just create a new page. Give the page a title. Then click edit with Elementor. Then I get too many redirects. If I publish first. I don’t get too many redirects.

If you still want access, let me know an email address that I can use to setup your user account.

    Thanks.

    Thanks Mike,

I would love to get access.
Please send me the detailes to: team AT pojo.me

I add you as an admin user. The email should be coming to team AT pojo.me.

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks again for your effort.

It’s look like “something” is sending 301 redirect to the page to the www version of your site and then back to your site without www, again and again until he failed.

I believe it’s a web host issue, so please open a ticket to your web hosting company and describe this issue to them.

If you can update us what they say.

It isn’t my hosting provider. It is something I have configured. I have another “dormant”, ie damn near clean, hosted site on the same provider. I don’t see any of these issues there. So my bad.
